i dont know much about the adapters out there for different turbos. i wanna put my hx40 on but do i need an adapter or not? and which one if i do? :confused013:

if its a normal hx40 you shouldnt. i think the crappy chinese ones do have a t4 flange which would require an adapter.

do you know how i can tell if it takes a t4 or not? is there something i can measure? im pretty sure its not a chrappy chinese one but its better to make sure ya know.

i think.... the t3 opening is 2-3/8" across and t4 is nearly 3"... the adapters are all over ebay and im sure nearly all of the sponsors sell them too.

ok i checked and its 2-3/8" so i should be in good shape then.
