so what needs to be done if the truck is going from a drum braked rear axle to a disc braked rear axle?

make sure it bolts up and you have all the parts with the other axle....probably also a good idea to take it in for an alignment to make sure the thrust angle is right and your not dog tracking after its installed.

im wondering specifically about the brake systems. ive read everything from new master cylinders and brake boosters to people bolting it up and go. but i have not found a conclusive swap thread.
