Yes, its really not a HUGE hurdle to overcome. You just need the material and tooling handy to build an adapter to go between the blower and the head. or better yet (im sure alot of them are this way), shave the stock intake off and build a new one that the blower can bolt onto directly. and you also get the bonus of being able to port the head after the intake is shaved off.

i saw a 11 sec duramax (not even tuned yet) at the track this weekend. he had a procharger feeding an even bigger turbo.

i have a pro charger catalog on the way. i want to at least see how different that would be than twins. it seemed to have ZERO lag. and me being a manual im hoping it wont loose boost between shifts.

The only thing I didn't fully understand was the use of what some were calling a "jackshaft". Seemed like a O.D. for the supercharger?

General opinion was to run a huge turbo, and a supercharger.. Something like a modified S480 turbo and a F1 procharger off a jackshaft. Pump the 'procharger into the turbo, then through the intercooler, into the motor. Add water, meth, and nitrous as desired, LOL.

That would be so sick.... imagine the trans you would have to run to hold that....

Likely because they are usually seen on gasser engines spinning at higher speeds 6-7000rpm vs a few thousand less on the ol cummins.

I imagine they probably have to spin the hell out of it so it doesnt become a restriction at higher rpms also.

would a diesel super charger not have to work harder too? gassers usually dont run 50+ psi

Hmmm, i would assume by that ammount of boost the supercharger is just freewheeling and the turbos are making the boost.

Hard to say, i can see that woking on the above style supercharger, but their are other guys running roots style blowers too, which technically you cant push air through them unless the seals are f'd...

trying to remember off the top of my head but IIRC one of the trucks posted before with a roots style blower was putting down something like 600lbft+ @ 1200rpm :D
