been wondering the same just never got around to posting. glad you asked cause i wanted to know

is there more involved in switching to one of those than just replacing with and aftermarket that is made for the truck?

yuppers it is lol, 12 valves are the easiest, building adapter plates for the manifolds piping stuff like that, electronics are probably the hardest part to tackle gettin the turbo to communicate with your truck, usually if your gonna run a big turbo off a semi its in a twin setup but if your really adventorous you could build a compressed air setup to light that big ******* turbo
