rickfox that 2wd or 4wd
Yes Ian, LOWER!!!![]()
1/2 ton coils, 2" cut out of the block. Im thinking about going a little more though.... 285/70/17's on a 10" wide rim
Thanks, I haven't had any ill effects of taking the blocks out of the rear. I don't know why it would be bad for the axle, gm's don't come with any kind of block in the rear.Rickfox love the stance man. I got a 95 2wd that I was gunna do 2" drop shackles, but if I take out the blocks in rear what are the consequences? That cant really be good for the axle. Also how much did you cut off the coils and did you take it from the top or bottom?
I don't know because I don't have my external gate setup yet. I'm going to guess it won't be louder than the hood stack. It doesn't rattle anything, and actually the hood stack isn't loud if you don't have the peddle mashed to the floor. How loud is that hoodstack when the gate opens? Does it rattle the crap out of the dash?
I'm not too sure on the exact amount, but it has no blocks in the rear, and a full coil cut out of the front. I think that equivalates to around 4.5-5".Rick, how much drop is in the front and rear? I saw it over at Lavon's shop last time I was there.
I did, and had a buddy weld them for me.Who makes the traction bars?
