I know there are a ton of threads about knocking but none seem quite like mine. So when it is cold it knocks real bad and when it is warmed up it is a little better, until you pull the oil cap off ( then it sounds super loud an clanky). It is also really bad when I first let out on the clutch to get the truck moving. Not bad at higher Rpm just idle and up to about 1200 rpm. I have a video on my phone I will try to get posted.

So I watched a video this morning on youtube that was injector knock sounded exactly like mine.

So he replaced injectors. My question is clean, rebuild, or replace. I want to stay with my non ic injectors or comparable.

Wow yours is quiet compared to mine! LOL My pumps maxed at the fuel pin and 100hp injectors (installed over 15 years ago) mine is really loud
