Stock 6.7 DTC Code Help
I have a 2007.5 2500 with all the emissions crap still intact. It has been flawless for 25,000 miles until yesterday. I was pulling ~10,000#'s for most of the day and noticed it was running a little odd. I pulled the codes using the key trick and this is what I got:
P0405
P2453
In know the first code is because my egr is unplugged. That code was thrown 20000 miles ago when I unplugged my egr. The P2453 is what concerns me. This just popped up. Is this normal on a truck with the DPF and EGR still intact? I have a few options:
1. Take it to the dealer?
2. Plug in the EGR
3. Leave it alone and don't worry about it.
I'm not quite sure what I should do. Any suggestions?
