what's the cold idle rail pressure? should be 5000>7000 psi

if both are good, nothing to worry about unless one of the new injectors has a bad partially plugged tip. been know to happen

what you running for fuel filtration?

baldwin 5 micron filter unsure of rail pressure

doesnt miss or hard to start

had the injectors out couple days ago and cleaned tghe tips and re torqued them little carbon build up due to just breaking the motor in but nothing serious i cleaned them off

If you just replaced everything like that and those tests pan out, then I would say its normal. You have no cat so it's not there to catch the junk/ fuel that doesn't get burned up before the engine gets warm.

My truck will belch out white/grey smoke when its cold and even a little bit the other day in 40 degrees when I hadn't driven it for a few days.

were all the FI tips equally coated in carbon?

no CAT will make more white start up exhaust. more visible steam condensation than cold diesel mist.

the pre CAT carb'd big block V8 gas engines had tailpipe condensation steam in clouds, thing of the past
