Still need more front end parts.. Few ?s

So far I have
Carli ball joints
08+ steering upgrade
Fox nitrogen steering stabilizer
New MOPAR steering box
Carli level
Bilstein 5100s
Pure Preformance upper and lower control arms
Brand new toyo at II 35x12.5x17

I still feel as tho my steering is loose. Every bump or pothole, I get the shake in the steering wheel. It just doesn't feel tight.
It sure feels a hell of a lot better than it did when I got it but it isn't right.

So all I have left is the steering shaft and track bar right?

Would you recommend just replacing the stock track bar bushings or getting an after market one.
If so,which aftermarket one? I've been looking at the thuren or carli, is there anything else out there?

As for the steering shaft.. Do I just get a borgsen one? Or replace it with another stock one?

Will any of this even help.
I have so much money into this front end and I'm trying to rebuild it the right way.

On top of this I still need both front hubs, (bearings are shot), an axle seal...dreading doing that. And a drivers side u joint.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Im not here to say throw more money at the issue.

Ill just tell you my solution to the stock steering slop that i had. I just went all out with a full Carli Front End with the torsion sway bar. Borgeson steering box and shaft.

Is my steering tighter? Yes, but its still not perfected. I can definitely set my steering wheel and drive with little input and I have minimal play compared to before. Then again, these aren't 4 door sedans.

So if you ARE thinking of adding more parts, it may be best to stick with a single manufacturer.
No steering box brace?
I don't see one on your list...

I do not have a box brace. I don't know where to get one because my steering box has a larger diameter sector shaft than the original one

Replace the hubs before you go buying any more parts. Worn hubs will cause your complaints. How old is your steering assembly (08+ setup)?
Hubs are next, want to replace them before I go to mammoth mountain in December.

But while they are out I may as we'll replace the bad u joint and axle seal...I'm dreading the axle seal

The steering setup is about a year old, 20k miles. Still very tight. I'm a mechanic and check everything out every oil change
Call PSC directly or get in touch with the guys at either Strapt Performance or CJC Offroad. They can set you up with the brace and larger sector nut. And getting the track is a good idea since you have a leveling kit. It's going to help bring the axle back into position.
Getting you the right box brace is no problem, just specify what box you have when you call. It's nice to put the brace on a steering gear as a preventative measure.
im fighting the same problem. after all the stuff ive done to my front end 3k miles ago im still getting alittle wander in my steering. i have 235k on my stock wheel bearings so i figured id replace them and see.if not ill add whatever else i need.
Definitely wheel bearing time.
Thanks for the info!

I ordered my wheel bearings just now, hopefully they will be here by Saturday.
The ones that are on there, while very noisy, don't have any play whatsoever so I don't think that's causing my issue

If I'm on the freeway and I hit about 70mph, any light movement of the wheel will set the truck into a sway. If I try to correct the wondering of the truck, it over corrects and just puts me Into a sway. It's manageable, I can stay in my lane but if I get a cop behind me, I'm sure I will get pulled over for suspicion of dui lol

Someone told me it's because I have 0 offset wheels, could that be my issue?
