I have a problem with the brakes on my 01 cummins. I was driving home from work the other day and I could feel the brakes dragging a bit and slowing the truck. At the next lights I gave the peddle a few presses and it felt funny the only way to explain it is it felt clunky. I went a bout another few mins down the highway after the lights and it started to get worse. I pulled over and the front brakes were smoking and one even had a few flames. I've never encountered this with any truck I've owned. Could some one please give me some direction as to where I should start???

Could be stuck calipers, or failed hoses. They collapse inside and don't allow the fluid to return to the system.
