will a steering wheel and airbag off a 2007 ram swap with a old style on a 2003?

i ask because i have a new wheel and air bag with c/c sitting in my garage and figured might as well put it to use.



so is it a straight switch or is there wireing involved for the air bags and the cruise??:confused013:
