steering acting wierd

I just noticed today. You know when you make a turn and you just let the wheel slide through you hand till it strights out. Well with my, it doesnt return to center smooth it kinda jumps. Any idea what could be causing this. something maybe bent??

Axle u-joint is shot! Mine did the same thing!

U-joints in the front, classic symptom.

well i have a bumber to bumber warranty so those should be covered, thanks guys
