I have an 05 with new batteries, new starter cable and tested the starter and it was good, the truck was cranking but not turning over, its getting fuel all the way through the system. im at a loss of what it could be anybody have any ideas? thanks!
Do you mean cranking but not starting? Is your tachometer registering while cranking? No codes? Fuel rail pressure while cranking? Lift pump pressure? Need to verify all of those first if I were in ur situation...
I have an 05 and just a week ago a had an issue starting it felt like batteries were weak, but they were fully charged. One morning it crank for a little bit and then it felt like batteries were almost dead and all of sudden it started. Next morning it crank but no start. After many attempts it finally started. It turn out to be the fan clutch. I did have the code for fan speed p0483. Replaced the clutch problem fixed. Hope this helps good luck
