Couple times now, turn the key, I hear the relay click, and the cluster/radio flash like normal, but the engine will crank intermittently for a second, or not at all. Batteries are fairly new. I unhook the positive from both sides, give it 5 mins, reconnect, and it'll fire.

Do these models have a solenoid? I know I have a sketchy tipm as diagnosed from the dealer due to passenger side headlight inoperable....battery connections are clean.

Any ideas?

Check and load test both batteries.
Check,clean,tighten all batteries posts connections and grounds.
Check crossover cable and starter cable.
