Starter issue

I came out to my truck this morning and went to start my truck and nothing. Everything turns on but when you turn the key and hold it it cranks stops cranks stops. Does that 3 or so times and nothing. Batteries are fully charged. Anyone have this issue before? This is happening to my 06.

That's the first thing I will check when I get home. The truck had a charging issue 2 weeks ago and the dealer replaced the ecm so im hoping its got nothing to do with that.

I replaced the starter and inspected the yellow wire all looks to be okay but still turns over and pauses like it did before.
