I was a major junk yard junkie in the 60 and 70 but things have really changed and they want to make a killing on everything they sell. I think guys used to do it with some kind of spacers on the rear and the regular dually front spacers.
Maybe you should look into 19.5s or some other higher weight rated tires/rims for the extra payload. It would sure be a lot less work! Craig
