I guess since it's dark sooner and longer everybody wants better headlights.
So do I, and I've decided on the Sport headlight conversion for my '97.

A few questions.
-Who makes the best Sport headlight housings?
-Is there a stand-out supplier?
-is there an "avoid at any price" supplier?

I'm going to make my own harness and relay set-up.

OEM headlights are the best but also the most expensive. TYC is a common aftermarket brand at an affordable price which is what I went with. I had to seal the seam on one of them with silicone though as it took in water during the first rain. Overall this is one of the best things I have done to the truck, makes a night and day difference in light output compared to the stockers!

I had TYC's on my old 1500 sport. Not bad. I did have some condensation in one after a year, but I took the bulb out, let it dry and never had the problem again.
