I have been looking around for a clutch this summer for a while now and ran across SPEC clutch. I have been talking to David Norton at the company and he advises their Stage 3+ single disk with the billet flywheel. This clutch is rated to 1264 lbs of torque. My question is what you think of them and why this nearly runs me the same price I can pick up a SBC DD for...

SPEC Clutches & Flywheels: Auto Parts, Domestic, Import, Truck, Racing, Drifting

Thanks,
Zach

I have the SPEC super Twin ST-06.....a DD rated for 2250 lbs-ft of torque. I absolutely love it. It is quite noisy, but still quieter than my SBC was, and this clutch definatly has some clamping force!!! For the price, I would say they cant be beat.
