I have a 98 3500 extended cab and the passenger side door speaking doesn’t work I’m getting power to the speaker I’ve taken a power probe and grounded the negative side and the speaker works and even tried it with a new speaker and the only way I can it to work is by grounding it so does anyone know around where I should look? And also explain how that works and where those wires go?

I'm no expert, but it sounds like your ground wire is not grounded. I'd check the wires behind the radio.

The schematic says there is a ground in the Left door, which is a stupid place.
Yes, i would fix that and move to the next probable cause.
If you do take your door apart would you post a pic of the ground?
