my 3250 lets out about 3/4 way up, and thats how i like it.

There is a rod with rod ends attached to the pedal, loosen the jam nut and turn the rod in to adjust pedal engagement.
Maybe be the fork would hit if you adjust anymore in. I dont know though. We did a DD install on a buddies truck and we had to do it like that so the fork wouldnt rub the pressure plate, otherwise I dont know bud.
hmm well i will drive it somemore, and see how i feel about it. The guy who installed it has been doing this for many years and has done alot of them so im sure everything is right. Im guessing im just not used to it.

Thats what I'd do. The aftermarket clutches are surely different in all areas.
adjust the pedal
adjust the pedal
We tried that on one and then the fork hit. Since the DD was thicker than a dd single. Might work for him though.
adjust it one turn and try it a little goes along way on that adjustment

which way do i turn it?
Loosen the jam nut then screw into the pedal pivot sleeve. I believe it needs to be longer.
I can't remember so I went out and looked I have 5 threads showing on mine
I would just leave it how it is thats how mine was setup and loved it that way, then after the new motor was put in it released right off bottom and i hated that, its more of a personal preference though how you like it.
Yeah mine's off the bottom. I keep meaning to adjust it again, but it's working.
Fleece just put a G-56 in mine, it was an auto, and i have that same clutch and mine engages just as soon as you let the pedal off the floor. I don't know any different seeing how i have never had a DD clutch. So yours is totally the opposite of mine. Either it can be adjusted or mine is F'd up.
Mine did the same thing it can be adjusted to your liking, It just takes a little time to get it just right
Ok sweet i did some adjusting and got it where i like it. I have another question! When i shut the truck off with the clutch pushed in it makes a loud noise. Like a grindy clunk? If i have it in neutral and shut if off with the clutch out it dont do this. Also does it when I start the truck in gear with the clutch pushed in. It started doing it this morning, BEFOR I adjusted on it lol. I only have about 200miles on it. Any ideas of what this noise is? Thanks
Clutch fork hitting sounds like. Did it do this prior to adjusting it?
Yes I noticed it prior to adjusting. I adjusted it all the way both ways and it still seemed to do it. If i shut the truck off in neutral with the clutch out it dont do it. It just has the clutch rattle sound. But if the clutch is pushed in it soulds like the rattle sound all smashed in to one clunk?
