I have a 2000 dually I’ve purchased recently. After having no flashing lights through multifunction switch Turn or hazard button. I replaced it with no improvement. I have all good fuses (dash and engine bay). I replaced the turn signal flasher in the dash and made some improvement. Hazards work with the button. If I turn my left signal on all lights will flash but the left side top element and bottom element and right side only top element and when signals changed to right the reverse affect. I also need to mention I have running lights at the back of the truck but none on front corners. Any help would be much appreciated.

You will be downloading the FSM and tracing circuits. I recently posted links to the 99 & 01 manuals. The light circuit may not have changed and the 99 is likely to match the 00 but I haven't bothered to compare with my hard copy 00. The good news is that the manuals are available. I've recently bought some vehicles where access is expensive.
