So i ordered my tow mirriors this morning at 6am from discount auto mirriors and spent $50 on over night shipping to be able to do them this weekend, just to get a e-mail saying i would recive a tracking # in 48 to 72 hours??? So i called them and got " Ya we dont ship out on fridays because it will make them deliver on a saturday..." Ok so sence when does ups not deliver on saturdays? So i asked when i would get them and she said tuesday, What the hell is the point in spending that much money on over night shipping to get them in 5 days??? Aslo might i add after waiting on the phone for 33 minuites to talk to a stupid bit*h that i could'nt even understand.

ups will deliver on saturday but it is an extra charge.
if it ships overnight on friday, the shipper HAS to put
a " saturday delivery" sticker on the package, otherwise
it will be monday.

Yes i understand that..... last friday i broke my cell pone and ordered a little after 5pm and got it the next day, SATURDAY before lunch and that was free shipping under insurance. I figured paying another $50 for shipping they would try a little harder than tuesday.

Last minute huh? 6am is not the last minute... I work for a company and ALL of our orders go out at 3pm for next day. So i dont see how you think that is last minute but ok.

Not at the moment i've been fighting with them all morrning. They said shipping can't be refunded because that goes out to ups.

well if you knew you wanted them this weekend i woulda been online ordering the beginning of the week ordering them and not having to worry about overnight shipping and maybe getting them on a saturday so yes the day before to me is last minute. Take it easy there bud

I have seen some dumb posts in my time... some of them have even been written by me... but this one has got to be the dumbest yet.

I would be pissed. $50 for next day shipping that shows up 4 days later? I don't think so. I'd keep hammering them on this one til you get your money back. If they won't do it on a Saturday, they should state that when you are making the order. Even still, the next day would be Monday. Tuesday is completely unacceptable.

i hate to say it but its your own fault for not askin. if you overnight something on friday it will come in on Monday. you can do saturday delivery but why waste money. sorry you got screwed

EXACTLY At least some one is on the same page. They state NO WERE they dont ship saturdays. I would understand if they stated that i just would have waited. By the way this is the same store off of ebay aswell.

Its my fault for not asking huh?? Any other web site would have stated if they didnt ship saturdays.

Maybe he was busy the beginning of the week. Maybe his computer or internet was down. Maybe he hadn't found the mirrors he wanted yet. Maybe he didn't have the funds available yet.
