just got my smarty today and boy was excited...UNTIL i dl it to my truck and felt no gains. i dunno if im not doing something right, but my diablosport setup felt like it would kill this programmer.:CRY:

ohh yeah, if you hook a smarty up and you feel no difference something is way wrong.

i ran 8 for the first time....then i played with some of the setting and set it to 9

did you follow all the prompts and get to where it says "Update done unlplug Smarty?"

If you got to that point and can't feel a difference something is not working correctly.

ok. let me get this straight as i may have confused some.. there were gains...but it feels nothing like my predator. i was under the impression the smarty was best of the best...were my expectations to high?

all trucks are different, i have an 05 and smarty is amazing!! i have heard from numerous people that diablosport is pretty wicked on the 03's though. are you running revo tnt or standard revo?

I've got Smarty revo NON tnt and TST PowermaxCR. Its a great stack but hear you have to be careful with this stack. And TNT and PowermaxCR are pretty much a NO stack. I believe the TNT is supposed to be pretty much a standalone program with all the adjustments that can be made with it. Actually both are made to run as standalone but have been stacked. Dont' quote me on this but just the drift Im getting from other people. I believe that you will get alot more from the TNT with aftermarket turbo, injectors, and CP3. This is what it was more geared towards. Its is rumored that TST is coming out with new programing that can be run with Smarty with better results. I plan on updating to TNT here pretty soon. Again don't quote me on any of this. I'm sure somebody can give alittle better explanation. Im here to learn to.

Sounds like you don't have the supporting mods yet to run the TNT. Remember level 1 on the TNT starts at 100hp. To get the full potential need a better lift pump, CP3 mods, turbo and injectors.

I have the Revo program on mine and let me tell ya I went from stock to SW9 and WOW!!!!!!!! What a difference.

ya your probably doing a bunch of things sence you are useing sw 8 and 9. probably draing your rail 4 sure. you are using a way to high setting 4 what you have. try putting it on sw 5 and turn your timming up to 3 and your tourque mannagment to 3 and rail pressure up to 3 and try that. make sure you have the tnt though. if its just the revo it wont feel as strong. try the setting i said and see if that help. but dont daily drive with thouse settings, i would turn rail pressure back down.

like stated above you're goona need alot of supporting mods to crank the smarty up that high.. Stock components are not made to tollerate that much power. Who did you get it from?? By that i question you becasue you said you wanted the best if you just ordered it through a vender i doubt it has tnt if you got it from bob then it would probably have tnt? But i don't know if he would send it out to someone not knowing if they have supporting mods??

Do you have guages? I would not run a smarty past level 3 with out guages or damages will happen..

mp-8 stacks well but you need a rail pressure guage to monitor your rail pressure making sure you don't implode your injectores

got it from bob. i have a airdog 150, arson kit and 5 inch exhaust on the way...ive been talking to a few guys and here pretty soon im gonna get a hht 62. will this be enough?

well the only gauges i have now are boost and egt....will i need rail or fuel pressure or both? or what all gauges will i need?

yeah i would get a rail guage.. then you're pretty much set.. a fuel pressure guage is good too ....:$:
