i have a 2007 dodge with the 5.9. Have the superchips but am selling it bc i hate it. It screwed a lot of things up. Does anyone have any knowledge on the smarty or smarty jr.? I was more interested in the smarty bc i can just turn it up whenever i get a better fuel system but until then leave it lower. I do like the fact that they have so many settings and some with or without added timing. If you have any pro's or con's on it i would really like to hear what you think. Thanks guys

the only programer I know of that can grow with your mods. I love mine. . .stacks well with my TST. . .if I can get them to cooperate at times :D

haha i like to hear that! Just waiting on someone to buy the stupidchip then go get a smarty!

What all did the superchip do to your truck ? I rode in a truck with a Smarty last week there's no comparison compared to a superchip. The Smarty made this truck haul some _ _ _. I think it's the best all around programmer.:thumbsup

i didnt know what the stock turbo was capable of boosting. I have been told its 40psi well the superchips bumped it up to45, now my wastegate isnt working right and under full throttle it will bounce between 35 and 40psi. When cruising at 80+mph the rpms will surge like im letting on and off the accelerator real fast. Its horrible for long distance driving. I took it off and the turbo still surges i think it messed up the wastegate for good, but the surging of the rpms at high speeds have stopped. Power was good though. I was pushing 450hp and 890 torque on the dyno

That makes me wonder if my wastegate isn't working right either. I've had similar problems,but I've notice on idle it started running pretty ruff, so I did some updates and it fixed some problems. You were pushing 450 Hp and 890 torque ? Wow, is the superchip all you had? I'm probably going to buy a Smarty to,and if I have any issues with that tuner I'm done with tuners. I've had superchip, and diablo predator and they've all caused problems on my truck. I'm begining to think tuners aren't for me, but will see. Maybe the SMARTY WILL BE MY FINAL ANSWER!

:thumbsup on the Smarty for me! I really like it you can fine tune it to your liken. Lots of power and will make some good plumes if 'ya wanna!:lol3::peelout

SUperchips, intake and exhaust on a six speed. Three consistent numbers on sixth gear pulls at 450hp not bad for superchips, but given all my issues, id rather be stock than have 450hp and all these issues!

smarty has all the ends covered... it cost me a little more, but i did my research before buying a tuner... it will be the first and last tuner i will need no matter WHAT my mods might become!

the new revo TNT firmware is capable of up to 400!!! hp gains when matched with mo fuel and big spool!

-built in boost fooling
-built in wastage disable (big turbo's)
-with or w/o timing (very stack friendly if you already have a timing box)
-top speed limiter
-Rpm limiter
-torque managment
and best of all the new settings- RAIL PRESSURE!
this eliminates the need for an MP8 rail pressure controller or the ladder
- compensates for after market tire height (abs update)

i could go on and on


combine smarty with fass and your loaded for broke (with basic mods)

so you said it works with FASS, upgraded turbos and a lot of other stuff haha. Sounds good to me. How does the rev limiter work and what are some of the settings for it? There were a few times i was racing and in fifth gear got the rpms a little higher than i would have liked too because its hard to tell sometimes, it just keeps pulling!!!
