yes i gathered that and i felt it! but my new trans isn't gonna be here for a while and i kinda need my truck and im just wonderin the settings are!

IIRC, it starts around 170 and I'm not sure how it varys but goes up to 230. Basically, you shouldn't have it loaded till you get the tranny.

From MADS website "The REVO TNT software has been written for trucks with extensive modifications. The horsepower levels start around 100 Hp on CaTCHER # 1 and reach 230additional Hp on CaTCHER # 9. These HP gains are referred to a “close to stock” engine but depending on your modifications can be more."

just go ahead and load #6 when you get the trans. . .got that loaded right now with my TST on 2/1 and I dont know how my stock clutch is able to hold together right now


BTW, one thing I have noticed with the TNT tune is I actualy have less smoke with it than I did with 4.11. and this is with no timeing added through smarty with a little pressure

The TNT rocks eelout :woot: way better then the REVO, I thought the REVO felt sluggish and underpowered, I was not happy with it, IMO the 4.11 felt stronger, the TNT on the other hand had me :hyper: this was the tune I have been waiting for, I would love to try the R after some more mods.

the R is a whole new monster......trust me on this one....It is perfect for guys wanting too run a smaller tire and not tach out on the track......or for the sled pull guys who want the extra 500 rpm for wheelspeed

YES.....they have the same overall power.....but the TNT pulls from 2300-3000, then I find it starts too trail off. The TNT/R pulls from 2300-3700, so it FEELS much stronger, but it is the fact that it pulls just as hard for much longer.

Given that I have a Predator chip which already messes with the rail pressure, I think it does anyway, should I mess with it more with the Smarty REVO or will I be making it dangerously high that way.

you would push it dangerously high. . .leave the RP at stock with the smarty and let the predator chip adjust the RP.

Geoff,

Get yourself a rail pressure guage. If you are going too be using the TNT, your stock CP3 will not keep up very well, so You may be able too use the mild rail setting on the TNT, stacked with the predator....may fool the smarty into giving you higher rail pressure before you tromp on the throttle, which will ultimatly keep the rail pressure up longer.

I THINK mine updated. It said it did. All my settings from before were still loaded tho. Shift limit appeared which didnt before but when u first plug in if it shows "4.04" & "D60TN" Does that mean were good? didnt get to run it yet just plugged in
