smarty setting

just out of curiosity what do you guys have your smarty's set at/ what would you recommend for use with a stock auto tranny... i just got mine yesterday and set it on 3. also it seems that most people are running on odd number settings (with the added timing) im kind of "not educated" so what is the benefit of the added timing and why does it seem that nobody is running on the settings without added timing?? thanks fellas!

it depends on how quick you want replace your tranny. if you want it for awhile i wouldnt go past 3. because once drive on it past 3 you wont want to go back
