The smarty middle east edition it say it deletes late inj(4th injection) Does this make the engine any louder or what does this help?

Helps fuel mileage. 4th injection is what is used in the Regeneration process. Its designed for people who have the DPF delete done. If you don't you run the chance of clogging up the DPF faster. As for your question on if it makes it louder. I really cant answer that. My truck is loud as heck anyway.
