i am about to do the deletes on my truck and im trying to deside what programer to go with. My question is if i use the smarty jr. will i need a wastgate kit to prevent a head gasket problem.

so do you think the xrt would be a safer way to go
Im really not looking for loads of added hp just want my truck to run good with no cel and without dpf crap and some smoke like my old 5.9 would be nice

I do pull my 30 ft travel trailer at times and want to be safe when I do so. How much do you think this would multiply the chances of blowing my head gasket? And would eather programer be less damaging while towing
