smarty high idle help

im looking to enable high idle on my truck but the local dealership want to charge $80 bucks. . . .

anyone near wayne county have a smarty for a 24 valve that would help me enable high idle?

It's only money
I have one... I have it on c list ...had someone call today wanting to buy it..but they arnt sure yet let me know if u can make it out today... im lil south of the canton area
