I just opened my smarty, and i am not the best when it comes to computers.

How do i download the software onto the smarty?

do i have to?

I am having the hardest time trying to get this thing going....I also have vista if that makes things worse.

how do you unzip a folder?

If you want to run the software on the smarty you don't have to update it as long as the factory flash on your truck isn't newer.

ok now im on the step where i plug my smarty into my computer and nothing is popping up like it says it should. It did the first time i plugged it in but not anymore.
