Well, I pick up my truck from the dealership on Friday and the technician gave me a very good explanation of the problem. My truck is operating as designed (According to Chrysler). The issue is at the point of a slight tip-out and then tip-in of the throttle, the VGT and EGR valve are operating and because I don't let off the throttle completely, the ECM is getting confused and does not know how to respond causing a possible vacuum in the intake. The vacuum is what is causing the shudder through all the driveline. There is NO fix for this at this time. The tech did not know if Chrysler is even working on anything and this is not a wide spread complaint. Chrysler is aware of this issue with using the Cruise (mine also dos in with the Cruise on) but he also did not know if anything is being worked on.
I unplugged the EGR valve and no more shudder. The truck is more responsive and have already gained one MPG is 40 miles on the overhead (mine seems to read pretty accurately).
