I have been thinking about doing some 6" or 7" Angle Cuts. It's a very hard decision for me and I need some help. What do you guys think? I just don't want to go overkill with the truck. I personaly think that the stacks might would finish it off, but it looks good just the way it is too. So, please help me with this. All comments and opinions are welcome.

They will be positioned like this:

Here are a few pics of my truck as of right now:

Thanks for all the help, ERIC

Oh yea, Mitre cut stacks on that bad boy would look sweet. Just don't have them sticking up above the cab :D
I say keep it the way it is. You're truck looks really clean already.
I say put them on...Would definitely be the finishing touch!
either way it would look great. and if you do get stacks dont have them too far above the cab
I like the clean look that your truck has now, I say spend the ca$h somewhere else if its burning a hole in you pocket, or you can mail me a cheque, money order would be fine, and I'll settle for cash.

Thanks is advance,
Your new best pal.
sometimes, overkill is the only way to go... since you're already running semi wheels.
If I was to do stacks, I'd do a 6" single and keep it below the cab. I like your truck as it is...sweet ride :thumbsup
YES. IMO, miter cuts would look sweet on your truck! It has that look that would really be set off by stacks. IMO, make them stick up just barely past the cab (flush with top of cab or maybe 1" above). Plus with that short cab of yours, it'll help opticaly lengthen the cab some, and make the truck "appear" longer. Go for it!!
i say NO to the stacks. You have a very clean truck now. I had 7" miters on my silver truck and I can giv eth einside on them. They will make a huge mess everywhere. Black soot on everything. When ever you shut it off under a cover and re crank the truck you better have those windows up.. if not it will rain black soot all ovre you.. " Got my white dress shirt one morning on the way to work in a bKing drive through. They are very lound and droney in the cab, catch water in the rain and oh yea.. did i mention they a messy and get evrything covered in black soot?
Messy, sure...soot washes off, it's not that big of a deal.

Stacks would defintely look sweet on that truck. I have 6" miters on mine the same way you want.
:agree2: do some stacks man.yea u will love the outcome
i was doing the same thing leave it be or put stacks on well lets say a couple a weeks a go i fabed up a single miter 7" and put it on the truck and wow its awsome

BUT one thing to remember or just my .02 put a muffler on with a single cab its way loud compared to and extened cab and it just rings your ears like no other sound.

my set up is sweet i have no flex piping at all and very easy to build
pm if you want details i can try to send you and email of what i built

more i think of it put big miter in the bed cab heigth and muffler then get more performance products to show the truck off dang DO you want to trade :)
I would leave the duals, but put two bigger tips on... like say a 6" X 18" that would look good. Just my .02
Definitley stacks, like the ones in the first pic you put up more toward the center. Post pics when do it. [email protected] truck to.
i love the way they look on regular cabs, i say go for some 7 inchers.

6" miters just about the same height as the cab would be perfect.
This is a great response.:thumbsup Thanks guys for all the great comments and everyones opinions! 6" will probably be as big as they will be. Also they will only be at cab level, so you will only be able to see them from the sides and rear of the truck. I will be using a MBRP resonator with the stacks to keep the sound down a little. That is if I do them.

This poll is interesting. On the other forum, the results are the direct opposite. More say leave the truck just the way it is.:thud: I just don't know. It being reg. cab is slowing me down. The truck is so short that I'm afraid the stacks will take away from the clean look I got going. I like stacks, but I just don't know on my truck. That's why I'm asking.

Lets see how this poll goes and I will base my final decision on the polls.
Thanks for everyones time, thoughts, and opinions. Keep them coming!
other options a 5 or bullydog 6" exhaust
NO! on a standard cab.... no way! Im pulling mine and putting my side exhaust back on. Remember that clean truck will be covered in soot!
