Need to refill a set of 2.5 Pintops and are wondering what pressures they should be filled to and what, if any, difference a higher or lower pressure makes on ride characteristics.

225 PSI Nitrogen pressure is to control cavitation, not ride quality. The tuning in the shocks does that.

Thanks Paul, and that's with them installed and at full droop up on a rack correct?

Correct. 225psi when drooped.

So I can fill these at full droop while on the truck? I always thought they had to be done off the truck..

Full droop is sufficient. In a laboratory setting, sure, off the truck would be ideal but in the real world, the time and money spent to take the shocks off and on do not outweigh the fraction of a fraction of a fraction of 1% difference it would make compared to doing it at full droop.
