Long story short I have the itch for throwing a new set of injectors in my pickup. I am running a EZ right now but looking for a little more umph. I have done a fair bit of research and am looking at DAP as far as injectors go. I am thinking 75hp would be a good fit for my truck, I do tow with it but nothing extremely heavy and I don't think the 75s would cook the turbo. But here is my question, when I got my EZ and installed it, my buddy broke off the boost elbow in the turbo. I thought no big we can just extract it....wrong. got the extractor stuck in the turbo. It's essentially a plugged wastegate, but I have been driving it for 3 years like that with no issues. Maybe hit 30psi max. So without a wastegate will those 75s get too hot with the EZ and a load?

You have all your gauges, right?

No, it won't get hot, under normal circumstances.

Since your waste gate is plugged, I'd worry about over-boosting once you get your 75's. Just keep an eye on the boost numbers.
