I looked this up and can't find any info. Every other post I find is the seat belt being stuck in the b-pillar. Mine gets stuck in the "on" position.
Sometimes when I go to put on the driver seat belt it doesn't lock into place. Other times after the drive I can't get out of the truck without pulling all the slack out and sliding out under the seat belt. Any pointers?

Replace the locking piece with the release button?

Try a bit of dry type silicone spray lube lube in the locking part. Mine was difficult to get undone but that fixed the problem.
