So im about to hit 60K and my friend recommended to seafoam it but he has no clue how to do it. Ive heard pouring it into the intake, but i dont want it going through my turbo housing.

Ive also heard into the diesel tank, but it seems to me that would be bad going through the injectors.

How do yall do it

I am pretty sure you put it in the fuel tank. It is used to clean the injectors so I think that is your best bet.

I've heard Seafoam is not good for our diesel engines.

Im pretty sure Seafoam is a gas only product.
Seafoam is advertised for both gas and diesel, i used in my jeep wrangler(through the intake) and it cleaned it out and made a noticable difference...but ive never ised it on my truck, kinda scared to

If your looking for a good injector cleaner I would recommend Lucas Oil Products.

I recently treated a tank of gas in a 97 Eclipse we bought for a commuter car. Went from 35 mpg to 40 mpg.

I don't have any experience with SeaFoam, how I have seen it used people tend to think its a cure all for engines. I DO NOT recommend adding it to oil as many people do.
