I was downloading the latest updates onto my XRT pro and at about 65 % I received a message that the sd card is full. I contacted H&S by email about and hour ago but no response. Their site said to contact email for after hour support. I would like to resolve this before morning so that I can leave on a two thousand mile road trip

Just run the truck the way it is. You will be awefully lucky to get a response out of a company at this hour.

It also sounds like your trying to completely copy a whole new one. Did you use the automatic updater??

Will try. Should I reformat card and download updates again.

Fixed. Deleted all the ford files. Good to go.

I used the autouploaded once... ONCE. It took hours and I'll never do that again. This last time, I just made a backup folder in the folder where I've downloaded all the files and moved the files from the sd card to that folder, then copied the new files I wanted onto the sd card and no issues.
