Is that a question? If so the fuel filter water separator is behind the intake horn

Yeap. It has a plastic screw on cover with a large nut molded in. On the housing below that there is a valve to drain whatever water may have been separated.

It's a 22mm molded nut on mine, I got a small 3/8" ratchet and 22 mm socket that makes taking the cover off super easy
