Other than a HX 40 down pipe, what is needed to install a S300 turbo for a 2nd gen truck on a IC 1st gen? Can I use the stock IC tubing and boots? What about the intake?? I plan I doing a BHAF but want to make sure I get the right stuff...

AFAIK, you can still use your intake. I was still able to use my ASA modifieds intake when I switched to my S300. It uses the same size inlet as an H1C... I'm pretty sure.

will I have to bend the waste gate actuator rod to clear the oil drain?

I just did this on a friend's truck a few months back. Everything should fit. You may be able to reclock the housing to clear the wastegate linkage. On his we had to judiciously grind a little on the shaft to get clearance. It wasn't the most joyous of jobs but it worked.
