Rust on Rocker arms

OK guys i took my valve cover off today and i saw a little rust only on top of the rocker arms! is this a big problem? i put new oil in every 4500 miles. what could this be from?

Most likely condensation. Usally from short stop and go driving. The oil and engine does not fully warm up to keep the condensation burnt off. Might check coolant level to verify no leaks.

well i have a small coolant leak from the tube going to the overflow tank!
