There stuff is good, but if you look at the virgin oil analysis at bobtheoilguy forum you will find it is not the best oil based on the additive blend and or informal and formal testing. I have used it in the past but Schaffer and Pure Power lubricants are Superior as far as the above statements are concerned.

Schaeffer Oil 3.0 | Industrial Lubricants | Diesel Fuel Additive | Synthetic Motor Oils

Pure Power Oil Filters High Performance Motor Oil

Bob Is The Oil Guy - Powered by Motor Oil

I am running currently running Schaffer, but will switch to Pure Power once I am out.

Cheers

My Royal Puple dealer asked my to dyno test the oil for an event we had. We took one of my guys Super Duty Power Storkes and did an oil change on the dyno. We gained 14hp/32tq just from the oil change. However, I don't think it was very scientific because the oil we changed was at 5k. It would have been better to change out fresh oil and see. However, it did make difference. I love the Royal Purple and it does well for me. I know Schaeffer is a much better oil, but I won't run it because of a personal grudge between a good friend of mine and myself. LOL But Shaeffer is the better oil.

Mileage increase would come from any lower weight oil (quality synthetic or crappy Walmart brand)....when you move to a 5W30 from a 15W40 it will reduce drag allowing a slight increase in mileage...

Mileage increase is like anything else you add (i.e. intake, torque tube , chip) foot in the gas = bad mileage / foot lightly in gas = better mileage
