I was wondering if any of you had tried either the Road armor or the Fusion aftermarket bumper...like them both but the RA has a better rep i think and looks like it might be a little tougher. Like i said im a big fan of both though so any thoughts would be great.

Yeah they are! Im getting a little break though since my buddy carrys all of this stuff and sells it too me at a nice price they i can never beat. I dont need a winch so i think its kind of pointless to have the spot of it BUT the fusion is pretty slick looking also...little more sleek i think.

I have a Fusion. I like how it fits tight like a stock bumper. I didn't need a winch mount either so this was the tightest winch I could find.

If you can weld there is a DIY RA knock off called a Road Rhino. My buddy did one for his Ford and it looks just like a RA for a fraction of the cost.

At DTT we started carrying front bumpers that you maybe interested in! They are priced good and top-quality! I see virtually every kind come through the shop so I had them do the best of what I had seen, and make some changes based on input from customers! Pm for pics if interested! I am just working on getting the pages made for the website!

Look at Reunel. Also pricey, but incredibly stout. They are not small plates welded together, the majority is folded plate steel. The headlight guards are solid rod, not tube. Not as modern looking, but strong. CHP uses them, railroad uses them, I use them. I am not affiliated, just an awed customer.

The original stealth and prerunner bumper makers have a lot of stories of drama if you take the time to search and read - ill leave it at that b/c I have no personal experience with any of them. I bought a ranch hand b/c of their reputation and b/c I didn't have to order and wait for delivery. I also like having an area to stand while working under the hood.
