Has anyone seen or handled a Go Rhino Winch Bumper Grill Guard?

It looks like a nice solution to mounting a winch and also providing light mounting and a grill guard all in 1. Fairly attractive from the pics. The part# for my truck would be 23214MB and Streetside Auto has it for $479 with free shipping:

I personally don't trust go rhino and smittybuilt. They are very thin wall tubed and have a very cheap feel.

I put a warn trans4mer in mine and it removes and replace the stock to hooks and can be upgraded into a full guard. It's very beefy....
