Restraint System Light

I am getting a red light near my seatbelt light. It looks like the seatbelt light but has an airbag too. It comes on intermitent and I can not find out why. I was told there may be a sensor under my passenger seat taht is causing the problem and coninsedently my daughter was digging under the seat on a recent trip right when it started. I found a connector under my seat unconnected but can not find a another end. Any ideas? Anyone know where the male connector under seat is supposed to go?
