Replacement MSRP / Window Sticker Labels

When I purchased my truck, there was no MSRP / window sticker. Apparently someone got confused in Saltillo and had installed a window sticker for a truck that was ordered and built for Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Regina, Saskatchewan. At the time it was not a huge issue for me as I was purchasing off invoice, and I had been on the dealership's website and had saved the printable .pdf version on my computer. I had asked my salesman no less than three times if I could get a replacement....especially due to the fact that my truck came with the incorrect window sticker in the first place. Apparently it was a somewhat extremely low priority for him (imagine that!!!) and I just chocked up the fact that I'd never see an actual one for my truck. I then called back one more time.....talking with my sales manager. He said getting a replacement window sticker was no issue, and they order replacements all the time. He has even been able to order replacement window stickers for cars as old as two model years for past customers. I just picked up my window sticker from the dealership this afternoon. I just thought I'd pass this along to those of you that might want to get a replacement window sticker if yours was incorrect, or bought your truck used and wanted an original MSRP sticker.

You could of probably just used this website. Not sure how far back it goes.

If a member on here has purchased a Dark Brown RAM 3500 SLT Crew Cab SRW from Crestview and your window sticker is missing....I have it. :hehe:

I'm sure Carl will chime in.....it's amazing how much more different options are for our north of the border friends.

Some examples....based on my sticker and the incorrect sticker for SK :

Protection Group : $75 SK / $50 USA
Aisin automatic : $5500 SK / $2650 USA
Trailer Brake Controller : $250 SK / $230 USA

One oddity......220A Alternator $50 SK / $100 USA.

And what's this BS "Federal A/C Excise Tax".....for $100 SK ???? What's to regulate in regards to Freon on a new truck???? :confused013:

Yeah we get f'd big time here on prices

as for the $100 excise tax - been there for over 30 years - never changed that I can remember

Window stickers are usually 30-50% higher in Canada

Make sure you use caps for the letters. I think that makes a difference even though it shouldn't.

The window sticker is only available at that site from the time the truck leaves the plant, until it is sold to a customer. It then disappears! Ask me how I know! LOL

I tried my VIN. The first time I didn't use caps and it didn't work. The second time I used caps and it worked.
