My first real "tech" question!:woot:

Just curious how to tell if my "new" '99 is equipped for remote keyless entry. No key fobs were included, but the dealer said they thought the previous owner said it was. How can I find out?

call the dealer and give them your last 8 or 9 digits of your vin number and they can tell you.
