spend 400$ on LED Tails/3rd Brake light, and if an LED bulb burns out after 12 months is up, sorry about your luck partner is the basic summary of my customer service discussion with Recon. Cool, as I am sure so many bulbs will burn out in 12 months, not. After that your on your own JACK

Ive been searching back and forth if anyone has ever taken them apart and tried to fix or order or replaced say two LED's that burned out on the taillights and couldnt find that information...

Anyone found a remedy for replacing a burnt LED bulb?

I put stock tails and 3rd brake light back in, just have two LED bulbs on L tail light burnt out, was hoping to fix those two and sell?

Or if anyone wants to try themselves PM me an offer.

There is 0 difference between overpriced Recon Lights (whether they be Headlights, Tail Lights, 3rd Brake Lights, WHATEVER) and the ones that look identical on Ebay, for a Fraction of the Price.

They all come from the China Man.

You're not gonna be able to fix the burned out LED unless you take the Housing apart, and do some Soldering. By the time you do that, you shoulda just bought the cheapo's off Ebay.

MadMaxx speaks the truth ^^^^^^:agree2: Same stuff on Ebay but not the same$$$..........I got an 'extreme tailgate lightbar' from RECON and it didn't last (work) a year....All you get is "too bad, so sad".... I won't buy from them again!

They shouldn't be too hard to replace the burned out LEDs. I did it on my recon cab lights which may be a little easier?
