two things to check...
1st. I'd be willing to bet that you probably installed at least one, if not both of the discs in backwards. That alone, right there would cause your issue. Ask me how I know....

2. Was there a requirement to either grind down the clutch fork, or replace it, and did you? there's not enough clearance with the NV4500 bellhousing on these DD clutches, as most of the parts are actually NV5600 parts, which has a deeper bellhousing, IIRC. So, you have to modify the mounting stud and take the washer out of that, as well as either grind down your clutch fork, or use a replacement one that generally comes with the kit, if you get a new clutch....

i put the plates in the right way there was marker paint on them showing how they go and i installed the new clutch fork that came in the kit now when i started the truck the flywheel was rubbing the bell housing some but that5 noise went away after it ground some of the aluminum off

I would try to make some kind of spacer for your slave cylinder down on the bellhousing. Some might disagree highly but if you really want to make it work it might. That or your hydraulics are so week that they dont do there job.

Might need new hydros. The stock one doesnt seem to be up to the job after some age of disengaging the stronger pressure plate. If your certain you installed it right I would look there.

if its not the slave cylinder or hydros id take it apart and check it the pressure plate is sucked flush to the flywheel. what clutch is it? brand? and did you use stock pressure plate bolts? cause i know mines a valair single but when i got the flywheel from them with me new clutch i didnt get there pressure plate bolts. the stock flywheel bolts are meant to go into recesses in the stock flywheel. and i used stock bolts on with the valair flywheel cause i didnt get sent there pressure plate bolt and it didnt bring the pressure plate flush with the flywheel. so when you triend pushing the clutch in it wouldnt disengage. but if you used your stock pressure plate bolts i almost bet it that
