RCA Adapter for Amp?

Has anyone installed one in there 4th gen? I'm getting a system from a friend for very cheap and I want to keep the factory head unit in it. I saw this one

PAC AOEM-CHR3

but I don't know if it will work with our trucks! Any info is greatly appreciated!

Yeah itll work it just picks up signal from the wires running to your rear speakers and converts it so you can rn rca's...
