Hey guys! Check what I’m saying and correct me if wrong lol.

Can get a deal for front and rear ranch hand bumpers:
-Legend series front
-sport rear with sensors/lights

-2018 slt non factory fog lights.
Checked behind front bumper. In front of driver fender wheel well and found what looks to be the fog light plug mounted on the bumper(see picture)
So correct me if I’m wrong on what all needs to be done. Making this a clean install:

-buy fog light jumper harness
-buy factory fog light housings and brackets
-buy new fog light switch/instrument panel
-use alfa Obd to enable lights

For the rear bumper, I just need to tap the Led lights into the 7-pin for reverse lights and a ground and I should be golden! That seem right?

I just unbolted the old bumper and bolted the new one on?

That would be correct for the lighting side of things. I bought the same stuff for my 09 that did not have factory fog lights and used the AlFA OBD. Reverse theory sounds good as well. I will be doing same style of bumpers on mine, except fab fours.

Yeah I’m just glad I found the plug, makes things a lot easier.

so you haven’t had it hooked up to test everything have you?

I have the OEM bumper currently, but I did buy all the parts to get the fog lights installed and installed them, everything you had listed, it will work…

Can you recall what setting you had to enable in Alfa obd??

Gonna run the factory fog light housings and put led’s in them.
